Free Wellness Consultations at Tai Sophia’s Natural Care Center (ongoing)	Free 15-minute consultations for individuals interested in learning more about acupuncture, nutrition counseling, or herbal medicine services are being offered at the Natural Care Center, Tai Sophia’s healing and wellness clinic. Howard County General Hospital – calendar of wellness classes & events	Howard County General Hospital Events Sampling of December 2011 classes/events include: "Pre-Diabetes:What is it and what can you do about it?" on 12/7 ($15 fee); "Your Child's Vision - what parents need to know" on 12/8; and "Teens Together" - connects teens with a family member or close friend with a diagnosis of cancer, on 12/20.
December 11, 2011 - Kangaroo Kids "Holiday Hop"	FREE Kangaroo Kids "Holiday Hop" on Saturday, December 11, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Gary J. Arthur Community Center in Glenwood, MD. Enjoy performances by the Kangaroo Kids Precision Jump Rope team with audience participation. Atlhough this event is free and open to the public, please bring a non-perishable food donation. "Stay Active Howard County	The "Get Active Howard County" 10-week wellness initiative continues as "Stay Active Howard County." The goal of this program is to increase physical activity, improve nutrition, and focus on healthy lifestyle.
