For 2009, the Wellness Works program will focus on:

Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) - an online questionnaire eligible employees complete on a secure website. After entering information about your health habits and history, you'll receive a personal report and action plan for getting healthy and staying healthy. Wellness Screenings – onsite screenings to help you know your health care numbers, such as cholesterol, blood glucose, and triglycerides. Enter your numbers into the Health Risk Assessment to ensure accurate results. Visit the Wellness Screenings section of this website for details.

Worksite programs and activities, such as:

• Exercise programs
• Lunch-n-learn sessions
• Preventive screenings

Preventive Care Physicals - Begin a campaign to increase preventive care physicals by 2010.
